Double M’s, Nandu Kathey Stays ?

I guess people just don’t get it or will never get it. What’s with the continues branding on albums regarding competitors defamations. Are you thinking that’s good for a marketing purpose? Seriously I do not think it’s going to work. Instead you would be degrading your own reputation and album sales. Bravo to that!

Previously we talked on about how rap and wannabes are floating out there. Well if your music is not good. Defamations is out of the way for you. Before we do such. Sit back and put our thinking caps on. Are we fit to say such. What are we better off from others?. Are we producing equally? How’s our sales?

Seriously let’s stop defaming others and try to provide feedbacks as as in something constructive and valuable to an artist. Something they can ponder and improve on. Besides that, we enforce again from the general public, We have enough wannabes.

  1. guess when one group tupperans another, it boost the sales or the songs appeal :P

neway we al know who started the trend ;) :p

  2. Then ya’ll gotta blame Juice Crew and BDP (KRS 1) for dat.

Back in the 80’s,they started this whole thing called ‘BEEF’ in this rap industry.

The first legimate diss track in msia will be ‘Bomoh’ by Too Phat. The rest is history

  3. agree with Mahen :P

  4. I would not say disstrack is something wrong. Actually it is one of the factor which boost album sales and this has been admitted by the artist themself. What I wish to say out here is dissing should remain in the songs and lyrically. Diss track should be bound to certain rules eg;
    1. You can talk about previous song
2.You can tak about mistake made in the song
3.You can change the original lyrics to be funny.
4.Include a line of apology to the ppl involved.
    but
1.It shouldn’t touch anything about personal life.
2.Not mentioning real name ( Only rule followed currently)
3.Not to be talked or discussed in anywebsite

What I can see here, music has been taken as personal issue. But diss songs has advantage and disadvantage. Some people love it, some don’t. As for Plan B, diss track should remain in CD’s not as a public show item.

For the ppl who make diss songs,
Make a song which is meant to be funny and would not hurt the other party because WE ARE THE LISTENERS. Well, if your diss tracks meant to be direct hit then I suggest you guys mail it straight instead of putting it in the album. You need email add’s of other Malaysian artist?? Contact me planbdavis@live.com. You guys are my brother….. will I let my brothers hate each other??? Play it safe.

    Reeegaaaarrrrddss!!!
